Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used lipsticks cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at care@colorleaf.in. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email care@colorleaf.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used lipsticks, products without original packaging, and items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
